Sound Healing & Peace Meditation:

Life's Harmony

After a long stressful and hectic day at work

I eagerly drove miles to join my family of friends

For healing through sound and peaceful meditation

The vibrating sound brought the soul alive

As it was kissed by the energy from other souls

Rejuvenating it as it released stress and pain

Giving it the strength like a huge body builder

Who flexes the muscles by lifting pounds of steel

And makes you say, "I'm not messing with them"

Soon we slipped into a time of silent meditation

Where I was soon lost in the surrounding sounds

The rain pelting on the window and howling winds

Coupled with cars on the street humming lights

And breath sounds softly expelling tranquil sighs

I realized they were all vibrations of this life

That flowed in various joint ribbons of harmony

Then I thought if we would look at our situations

That comes our way through each day of our lives

We would see them weave together forming a slide

For a smoother ride along life's harmony ribbon
